2024 Softball Season Begins

The 2024 season for Richland Center Church League Softball got underway on Tuesday night in Krouskop Park.

The Mission shut out Boscobel Assembly of God 15-0. Lyle Fish and Shawn Logue had big hits for The Mission.

Free Methodist downed Bethel Lutheran 18-3. Jeremiah Hassell, Andy Niemeyer and Adam Burns each were on base three times and scored each time.

St. Mary’s got by Richland Baptist Temple 1 12-5. Ryan Boebel and Mason Jelenik each homered for St. Mary’s. Nate Roesch added three hits.

And, Church of the Nazarene outscored Richland Baptist Temple 2 17-11. Ryan Ghastin, Zach Harris and Scott Dilly each had multiple hits including a homer by Ghastin.

East Diamond

7:00pm —The Mission vs. Richland Baptist Temple 1. Richland Baptist Temple 2 will umpire.

8:15pm —Bethel Lutheran vs. Richland Baptist Temple 2. The Mission will umpire.

West Diamond

7:00pm—St. Mary’s vs. Church of the Nazarene. Boscobel Assemble of God will umpire.

8:15pm—Free Methodist vs. Boscobel Assembly of God. St. Mary’s will umpire.
